Job offer: Ecommerce Manager

Job offer: Ecommerce Manager

We are looking for a Country Web Manager for Germany

Do you want to join a growth journey for our German web shops?

The first German shop, NorthOrganic.de, is launched and two more are on their way. We need you to manage the existing and help us prepare for launching the two next. After launching you will be responsible for managing all three shops.

As Country Web Manager you will be part of our online team. Your job, as a native German, will be divided into two areas - Customer support and shop maintenance.

You will be responsible for handling all German customer support (phone and e-mail). Some of these customer cases will require further contact with HQ where orders are packed and sent.

You will also be responsible for keeping online products and content updated on the German web shops. The online platform will be the Danish Shoporama. Guidelines and content will be laid out in Danish or English by HQ in Denmark and part of your job will be to translate this content into German and update the website consistently.

You will be the link between our German online marketing agencies and HQ in Denmark. Responsible for providing them with the feedback and data they need in order to increase turnover in our German web shops.

It is a requirement that you be resident in Denmark near our HQ in Herning.

This could be an opportunity for you to work in another country, perhaps just for a shorter period. Naturally, if you are the right applicant, we will help you facilitate the move to Denmark.

You will be joining a well renowned Danish textile company and an online team with high spirits, lots of ambitions and a flat organizational structure.

Your competences are:

  • You are used to various CMS-solutions and perhaps you have been a webmaster on other sites, providing you with a good understanding of the backend structure. As mentioned earlier we base our shops on the Shoporama platform.
  • As a person you have a high level of empathy and professionalism – something that must be conveyed in both the spoken word as well as in writing. You will be our single point of contact for all German customers, so a high level of stability is also required.
  • Strong in writing on your native language German.
  • Thorough, structured, and dutiful.
  • Entry level user of Adobe Photoshop is considered an advantage.
  • Spoken Danish would be an advantage, but not a requirement. However, in case you do not speak Danish, good English both spoken and in writing will be a requirement.
  • Resident near our Danish HQ in Herning, Jutland or willing to move to Denmark.

Your application and CV (in english or danish) can be sent to

Applications will be reviewed on ongoing basis. Accession as soon as possible.
